MEETING OUTCOMES FROM 9/7/2024
1. Gate call rule to be enforced.
2. HSPEC requested noy hay bags to be tied to arena fence, only can be utilized at hitching posts.
3. Continue goats 30 min. prior to start of show in 2nd arena.
4. Discuss if we should do pre- entries through a system sign up genius (tabled for next meeting)
5. Changing pay out for (x) amount of riders per age group
6.Smoother Process for late entries
7. No refunds for entries after show has started
